No change. Still attracted to females.

Attitudes of HealthCare Providers

Positive aspects of healthcare provider treatment

The fact that she cared enough to continue to treat me after the transition and that she has been there for me since and recognises the fact I'm male and the majority of the time forgets I was anything but male.

Negative aspects of healthcare provider treatment

The hospital wanting to put me in a female ward when I went in for a day procedure unrelated to transitioning.

Other Comments

Make sure you know what you are in for and that it is what you want because it is a big decision that will affect the rest of you life and there really is no turning back. Do it for the right reasons and if in doubt do without (In other words if you're unsure don't do it. It is better to wait than go through all the trauma and find out it wasn't really what you wanted).
