Starting treatment

I STARTED treatment at 27 years of age.

When I first started testosterone, I felt it was about time!!! :-)

Some of the concerns I had about starting treatment was the system here in Adelaide, the fairness of it, and if I could ‘prove myself’ to all the docs involved.

The worst thing for me, about starting treatment was I felt comfortable, strange, but comfortable… it was ‘RIGHT’… and so was I. Finally feeling like I ‘fit in’ somewhere… and I was normal. Another was facial hair that ‘thinks it can’… let’s just say I don’t have much (but thankfully it doesn’t seem to have a detrimental effect)

The people who supported me on this process were my partner, friends, family (sort-of…)

Some of the things I want to do with my future are I want to make sure my partner has the opportunity to have chest surgery… then make a home for us together…
